Tax Assistance

Tax Help at our Branches

Free tax preparation from AARP Tax-Aide. AARP trained tax preparers focus on low and moderate income returns, but can prepare most personal returns within training guidelines. Tax preparers can e-file Federal and state returns, as well as PTR (“Senior Freeze”) forms.

Appointments are required and are limited. The dates and times available for each branch are listed below along with the branch’s contact information. Once you have made your appointment, please download Form 13614-C (Rev. 11-2024) (irs.gov), fill it out, and bring it to your appointment. This is the same form you will be asked to pick up before your appointment at the branch. It is also best to bring your previous year’s taxes to the appointment. If you wish to prepare multiple years, bring two forms.
