October is Cybersecurity Awareness Month! This year we are hosting four in-person and one virtual cybersecurity events that go over basics on how to create ‘good’ passwords and how to avoid online scams. Below is the information for these events.
Cybersecurity Basics: Strong Passwords & Avoiding Online Scams
Surf the web more safely. We’ll discuss different types of online scams, how to spot them, and what to do about them. You will also learn about the importance of strong passwords, and how to create passwords you can remember. Some internet experience recommended.
