Library Card Application and Renewal

Applications are reviewed by one of our employees periodically between the hours of 10:00 am and 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, and if you file a request after 4:00 pm, you may not be issued one until the following day. This application is only available to those eligible for Resident, Student, and Business Cards at this time. All other types of card holders must visit their home branch in person with the required documents in hand.     Once this application is submitted, a staff member will review and either confirm or deny your request via email. If confirmed, a library barcode and PIN number will be given to you over email. This is a temporary card that will expire after three (3) months. In order to obtain your physical card, please visit the branch you indicated on the application within three (3) months with valid ID and any required documentation to verify student or work affiliation.

    Once this application is submitted, a staff member will review and either confirm or deny your request via email. If confirmed, your card will be temporarily renewed for a period of three (3) months wherein you will need to provide the required documents electronically to secure a full renew of three (3) years. To speed up the process, you may reply to the email confirmation with the required documents attached.
