February is American Heart Month, the perfect time to focus on your heart health and explore ways to keep it strong. To help you on this journey, we’ve put together a Heart Health research guide with resources to help you take control of your heart health.
We’re also hosting Friends & Family CPR workshops at several library branches throughout February. These workshops, presented in partnership with the American Heart Association, teach important CPR skills for infants, children, and adults.
